Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp lemon balm
  • 2 tbsp chrysanthemum
  • 2 tbsp rose petals
  • 4 sprigs mint
  • 5 cup water
  • 1-2 T raw sugar (optional)

Steps

  • Bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
  • Add all spices and herbs, except for mint to pot and steep, covered, for 7 minutes.
  • Add mint, sugar as desired and steep for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Stir well, strain and enjoy at room to cool temperature.
