This issue usually arises when an account hasn’t been activated yet. When signing up for Membership, an account activation email should have been sent right away. Once locating that email, you should be able to activate your account immediately. Please reach out to concierge if this issue continues to persist. We’re eager to help!
Please reach out to concierge@flamingoestate for support. We can help ensure that your Membership does not automatically renew after your first year ends. There are no termination fees or hidden costs to cancel, but we do not provide refunds or credits, including partially used billing periods.
Yes. Members pay $96 once a year to access all membership benefits. If you do not cancel upon the end of the first year, the cycle will automatically renew and you will be charged again.
Once you're signed in to your account, you can add your gift to your order directly from your basket. Each season, we will offer members a new gift with purchase. You can only redeem your gift once per quarter. When we switch our seasonal gift, the prompt to add your gift will reappear in your basket.
