The Honey is called Dzidzilché, foraged solely from Gymnopodium floribundum — a sacred tree native to the Peninsula.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is pure, monofloral, and intense — with an exquisite flavor that evolves from sweet to slightly spicy. We then took regeneratively-grown Morita Chiles and carefully infused them to achieve a smoky, deeply savory heat.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis elixir is all depth and big impact.
