We work directly with the best regenerative farmers in California who are fighting the good fight against climate change, while at the same time growing the most delicious fruits and vegetables we’ve ever tasted. We sourced our Persimmons from Ken’s Top Notch Produce in the heart of the Central Valley. His passion for sustainable farming has created a certified organic orchard covering 250 acres. Ken frequently provides fruit for our Regenerative Farm Box, and we’re honored to use his persimmons in this jam.
