We fell in love with Fiona Afshar's sourdough pasta creations on Instagram (@cookingwithfiona). She's an ex-computer programmer and self-taught chef with a passion for creating things that look good and taste better. She incorporates superfoods, vegetables, and fresh, unprocessed ingredients into her colorful recipes which have turned into works of art. We've partnered with her on a limited-edition collection inspired by the color palette and artful design of Flamingo Estate. They'll look great in your pantry, but even better on your plate. Each color in the pasta is from a natural plant source.

SO GOOD!

I absolutely love this colorful, flavorful and fun pasta. It made quite the splash when I served it with a truffle butter sauce. My guests couldn't stop talking about it! Thanks Fiona, I plan to get more before my next event.
