This limited-edition set is a gift for any chef in your family. Two of the greats, finally together. It’s our delicious duo of Olive Oils, one to set the tempo, the other to raise the heat.

Calabrian Chili Olive Oil
SPECIAL PRIVATE HARVEST - We have been trying to make a Calabrian Chile Olive Oil for two years. But it has been impossible to find Calabrian Chiles that are traceable, fresh, and show off the nuanced flavor of the spindly red Chile. We finally found them growing in Mendocino County by Krissy Scommegna at Boonville Barn Collective. This spicy wonder made its way from Italy to California thanks to a family that brought their seeds with them. The family grew them out and shared them with friends. Once Krissy found these seeds, it took her years to establish, grow, and dry them into the complex flakes they are today. We got a hold of Krissy’s Calabrian Chiles and infused them in our rich and peppery Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The result is a limited-edition, spicy Oil that delivers so much taste. It’s of a vibrant orange-red hue, with a warm, fruity heat and a touch of savory Tomato. Packed with layers of flavor, it elevates any dish — like spaghetti aglio olio, crudo, or simply a crispy-edged fried egg.

Heritage Olive Oil
Olive Oil is the backbone of everything we cook during the Holidays. And Philip Asquith — a fourth-generation Olive farmer — grows them exclusively for us. His Olive Oil is the stuff of legend. The trees are over 150 years old and can’t be harvested with machines because the fruit will bruise. This makes the harvest slower but intentional, and the Olive Oil has a lot of complexity and nuance. During harvest, the Olives are picked by hand and pressed immediately. The result is this fresh, vibrant, green, and peppery oil. However, this current harvest is very special. We had abundant Winter rain, mild Spring winds, and warm Summer sunshine. This unique weather pattern produced a lush crop of Olives resulting in an extremely powerful Olive Oil, antioxidant-rich and packed with polyphenols.
