Fruit of the Gods Dark Chocolate
Our winter chocolate combines Fuyu Persimmon — the eponymous "Fruit of the God" — with Golden Chrysanthemum, Toasted White Sesame, and Green Tea Salt on a base of hand-harvest Ecuadorian cacao.
Chocolatiers Nick and Peter Dale hand-pour our orchard chocolates from hand-harvested Ecuadorian cacao, laced with notes of raspberry, honey, and pecan. They infuse this decadent dark chocolate with ingredients from the garden for an immersive, seasonal experience. The results: handsome, tasty wonders, rich with garden pleasures.
