This California Sea Salt is as pristine as the vibrant Big Sur coastline it’s harvested from — a process that supports local farmers and helps preserve Big Sur’s future. Hawaiian Green Salt is sourced from the deep waters of the Pacific Ocean, then sun-dried to minimize environmental impact.The salt is then spun into a coarse crystal infused with bamboo leaf extract, rich in electrolytes and trace minerals, like calcium, potassium and red manganese. Essential oil of Douglas Fir is distilled from boughs gathered in British Columbia’s highly-oxygenated Great Bear Rainforest.
