Pleasure from the Garden

Catherine from Windrose Farm has been growing the most beautiful Blood Oranges and Grapefruit in the sun-soaked hills of Paso Robles. After picking them by hand, she smoked them in Applewood, giving them a rich aroma. They make the best golden decorations for the tree and help support the regenerative farmers we love. And the smell is unreal.

Healing for the Garden

Windrose Farms grows their citrus using sustainable, organic methods grounded in the principles of regenerative farming - a method of growing plants that can help reverse climate change and improve soil health, among a host of other benefits. It employs ancient practices that eschew pesticides and herbicides, improving the watershed and increasing the biodiversity of the ecosystem (more earthworms and butterflies!) at the same time. Soil is the key to healthier produce, grown in ways that are better for us and better for the Earth.

Our Beliefs

At the Flamingo Estate, we believe that pleasure is a human right.

Mother Nature is our doctor, therapist and loyal friend. We use the highest quality ingredients possible and plant one tree for every product sold.

Flamingo Estate was founded on the idea that to stand on the Earth and sing her praises is one of the most joyful and necessary privileges of being alive.

In a world that profits off our numbness, it is a radical act to wake up one's senses. Champion the slow dive, the deep breath, the bee asleep in the mallow, the drizzle of olive oil on a soft boiled egg. These are the moments that welcome joy.
