We’ve taken our raw, antioxidant-rich Wildflower honey and infused it with the iconic Morita Chile, grown organically at nearby Windrose Farms. Morita Chiles are ripe jalapeños that have turned red and fruity. They are then dehydrated, rehydrated and smoked with apple wood from the farm's trees. We are lucky to have access to this iconic pepper through our good friends at Windrose Farms.

Our Beliefs

At the Flamingo Estate, we believe that pleasure is a human right.

Mother Nature is our doctor, therapist and loyal friend. We use the highest quality ingredients possible and plant one tree for every product sold.

Flamingo Estate was founded on the idea that to stand on the Earth and sing her praises is one of the most joyful and necessary privileges of being alive.

In a world that profits off our numbness, it is a radical act to wake up one's senses. Champion the slow dive, the deep breath, the bee asleep in the mallow, the drizzle of olive oil on a soft boiled egg. These are the moments that welcome joy.

Really thick and really spicy

The texture is more like Skippy peanut butter than honey. I wanted to be able to drizzle it on things but you really can’t unless you melt it first. It’s also SO spicy - I bought it because Mike’s Hot Honey isn’t spicy enough for me, but this is almost too spicy. I’ll keep the jar but I wouldn’t purchase again.

wonderfully spicy

This honey is sooo good. It is definitely spicy, but the sweetness of the honey offsets the initial spice afterwards. It is delicious on anything.
