Yuzu Honey

Traditionally, Yuzu has been used in Japanese cuisine to flavor a variety of dishes, and as a central part of a winter solstice bathing ritual. This seasonal treasure has a limited harvest in California, making it hard to find, and that much more special when you do. With its intense floral aroma, Yuzu is equal parts sweet, sour, and vibrant - with an exquisite flavor unlike any other citrus fruit. We’ve combined this vibrant citrus with our decadent honey, for a special burst of tart, flowery sweetness. Try it drizzled on fruit, in cocktails, or with a simple hot water preparation for a bright tonic.
