Flamingo Estate horticulturist Jeff Hutchison and Catherine Welch, of Windrose Farm, have teamed up to source the best ingredients from a diverse group of small, family-run farms to help nurture a network of thoughtful growers who help heal the planet with every harvest.

Flamingo Estate Regenerative Farm Box

The farm box was outstanding! So many beautiful fresh vegetables and fruit. Eggs, bread and a beautiful soap. Even the box it came in was lovely and it forced me to come up with some healthy recipes for the week. Loved it!! I’d never cooked artichokes before and I made a fantastic kale and artichoke gratin.

Lots of lettuce!

I love love love everything about this box including the bread, the beautiful surprises like honey or spice, the seasonal veggies. My only request would be for less lettuce. There's so much lettuce that comes and it goes bad so quick that it's hard to keep up and eat it all before it starts to wilt. My two cents! thanks
